Fuel Return Line Question

I have tracked down my fuel leak to the return line that starts at the back of the block then goes to a banjo bolt on the filter housing, then goes down and follows the frame back to the tank.

Mine is leaking between the banjo bolt and the fitting near the frame.

My question is:

Is this a one piece line starts on the back of the block and has the banjo bolt built in to it, or are these 2 peices joined where the banjo bolt is?

Also can you replace the line without having to pull the motor?

just a follow-up for searches done later on for this same problem:

The line is one piece, dealer price 88, cummins price 34.
