Hey guys,
I planned on pulling my tranny to change VBs and just check on things and freshen it up. However, today it decided it wasn't going to have a 2nd gear at all then as the drive went on I lost all forward and reverse, when I put it in gear it just does nothing. It started out with just second disappearing, I wish I could have parked it, but I was doing search & rescue for one of my Sons friends...I know I didn't break my billet shafts, but needless to say it is getting a full overhaul now.
I have a full billet Suncoast with their basic race VB. I see they have two different upgraded VBs available now and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with either the new E618 fully programmable or the other one that comes with the upgraded new electronics to get rid of that dang Governor solenoid?
I am ordering some 4.56 gears since I should be receiving my new 40" tires tomorrow and just want to get my tranny put together so that it last!
Any real input on the VBs would be greatly appreciated.
I AM NOT ASKING ABOUT ANY OTHER TRANNY OUT THERE! JUST THE SUNCOAST VBs.
Thanks in Advance guys!
