Total and complete noob question

I was reading how to change the fuel filter and it mentions lubing the new O-Ring. Anything in particular that I should use to lube it with?

Sweet. That's what I was hoping. It just wasn't mentioned inside the Fuel Filter Change article that I found in here.

This is my first Diesel, so I'm having to learn a lot fairly quick. Gonna be installing my engine block heater cord during my lunch break today. Hoping that'll help some in the mornings with a little less wear and tear on the engine.
