Torque spec

Anyone know the torque spec for the bell housing to engine plate bolts, namely the two the downpipe bracket bolts go through? Also just a simple physics and torque question, what happens when you use a small extension with a torque wrench?

Depends on the length, the longer it is the more torsion effect.
