stock 06 boost pressures

you guys ever seen over 35 pounds stock? im going to buy a boost pressure gauge and autometer makes a 0-35 pound, or 0-60 pound. id rather see the needle travel the hole gauge, insted of just half of it, so iv been thinking about the 35 pounder. if i ever up grade my turbo or start runnign more boost i can buy the 60 pounder for less than 50 bucks.

or, do we run more than 35 pounds stock?

All the 325 hp versions should be capable of peaking in the mid 30 range stock.

I would get the #60 gauge. Even if you only plan on making #30 boost you're at the top of the scale on a #35 gauge. When I was running the stock turbo I could see #40.

I've never been over 30 on mine. I had the same question as you, then I found the Isspro gauges, They have one that reads 0-40psi. Perfect!

Get the 60 and mod the truck till you see it go all the way !!!!!!!!

Actually I can see 40 on mine when towing a grade so you would be better off with the 60.

Stock you should see about 32, before the WG opens.. then you will stay 28-30 on a light load and 30-32 on a heavy load.

With my WG off and stock fueling it takes work to see 35psi, so you should be fine with a 35psi gauge if that's what you want.

Anything over 33-34 would set an overboost code anyhow.
