Starting porblems

Need some help guys. As posted before truck was hit by lighting. Insurance was going to pay but now its the prove it was lighting that caused this Dealer is willing to help me but problem insurance adjuster is a edited by admin.

Problem#1 Will not start or try to start when its 48 deg. or colder unless plugged in. Live in Wisconsin so 2 days ago 91 deg today 45 this morning. No start very little squirt of ether bam starts right up. 55 deg never a problem. NO codes new fuel filter last week new fuel. Switched relays find out in am if works. Have no smoke on start up NO performance loss. No leaks Do not have a pressure gauge so cant tell that.

I cant keep taking it back to dealer they are stumped without replacing things at my cost. Feel like im going in circles here. Cant trade truck in or sell it I will lose a edited by admin load of money. Did a load test on the batterys today they are good to go.

Need some other things to check.
