Starter relay location????

Can someone please tell me where to find the starter relay? I looked all over the place and it isn't with the fuses in the fuse box. In fact there are no relays in there much to my suprise. It is a 2007 with the 5.9L. I am having a problem with the starter circuit. I turn the key and it cranks, then stops, then cranks again, then stops until it finally starts. It throws a code during all this. P2509 - lost PCM power. I replaced the ignition switch thinking that was the issue and it wasn't. If you can tell me where the relay is, or have a better idea of whats wrong I'm all ears. If I disconnect the wire going to the starter up by the firewall and jumper it to the battery with the key in the on position, it starts just fine so it has to be upstream of the starter. Thanks.

Sounds like you may have a bad battery or corrosion on the battery terminals. Have your batterys tested and clean your battery connections.

First thing I did was clean the battery terminals, and although I didn't load test the batteries they are both at 13 volts disconnected from the truck.

You have a bad ground wire to the body or the TIPM. clean all grounds and check all the connectors to the TIPM and the ECM for corrosion.

Well, it turned out to be the batteries, I put a meter accross the batteries while cranking and was watching the voltage drop to 7-8 volts during cranking, then back to 13V. Went down to costco and $190 later it is working great. Thanks for the replies. Still wondering where the relays are hidden though?????........
