I originally only heard it when I cranked the wheel all the way to the left. Now when I turn hard (all the way ) either way i hear a squeak. Anyone heard of this before or have any ideas what it could be. My local dealer service department sucks so I wanted to see if I can get some info first.

Check your front steering universals , the ones right out by the rotors . If you can jack up the front end and rotate the tire back and forth a little check for slop at the joints . That is my guess , hope it helps , Dodge should have put grease fitting in a lot more places on these trucks .
