southbend DD?

Hey fellas! my truck is starting to slip like a sumbitch ive got the edge juice with tude and a BD pump... adventually i want the HOT upgrad or a smarty so what clutch would you guys recomend i tow a lil bit nothing to heavy tho... i just want to get a clutch that im not going to have to upgrade in a year or so but that is driveable. are the 3600 DD or just DD's very driveable around town/backing up to a trailer

Yeah I change mine out myself.
Get a tranny jack, engine turning tool (barring tool/snap on) and you'll need 2 super long 3/8" extensions from auto zone.

so you dont think that 3600 dd 12cb will be overkill! is it okay to run one like that with lower hp? eventually it'll be higher tho

I like my 3600 sprung hub dd but in retro spec peter recomended the 3250 and I opted to up it for good measure The only thing I will recomend to you is to upgrade the hydrolics which ever way you go. It will make the 3250 feel closer to stock It helps the 3600 but not much the pedal is still stiff but it only takes a couple of days to get used to it. Can be a pain in the city but hey thats what neutral is for. If it ever needs to be replaced I will go back with the 3250 cause I dont sled pull... That bug hasnt bitten me yet You can always call peter and see what he suggests for your current and futre setup.
