I'm probably going to be checking into some new injectors myself sometime soon...when I start up my truck in the mornings, or after sitting long enough to cool down, I get some rough idle and blue smoke. I have the Edge and Power Puck on mine, so I can't really say that it is the dealer/manufacturer's fault, but at 36,250 miles, I think that it's a little on the crummy side for my injectors to be going out whether I have power adders on my truck or not...I don't hotrod around in my truck at ALL...they are on there mainly for the gauges and the extra mileage...on yeah, I already did the fuel filter cleaning and Power Service, etc...doesn't help

join the club. yours are still covered under warranty, if you choose to go the dealer route.
there are some updated replacement injectors that Dodge should be using, which is supposed to eliminate some of the frequent problems that they're seeing with these injectors.

Yeah, but do you think that they would warrant them with a pressure adder on there like the Puck? I know that you have to pay to play and I'm not going to try and screw the dealership, but c'mon, 36,500 miles?

But then again, I have seen loads of folks on here having injector problems stock, too, so I guess that at best, the Puck did one in prematurely...next thing I know, I will have my lift pump giving me issues right along side that annoying little ticking sound on the driver side

i've gotten two injectors replaced (now if i can only get the other 4 replaced) with my Banks Bullet (pressure only tuner) hooked up, and staring them right in the face.
every dealer is different, but this is a known problem on these trucks, and affects them whether stock or not. i at least want to get my other 4 injectors upgraded to the new ones, that have hard chrome added to the ball seat area, which will help with ball seat erosion and is supposed to make them last 4-5x longer than the old ones.
