After being "stonewalled" at your dealer, you need to contact the district Rep for DC. He has the power to direct this dealership to fix the problem. Seems like a simple issue to rectify. At this point you need to take the bull by the horns. Don't stand there and stomp your feet. Be cool and go around the dealer directly to DC. Especially if the warranty is still in force.
