Exclamation Shuddering-HELP!

I need some help! I have gone over ever thing I can think of and just can not figure out what is going on. Here is the problem, every time I make a slight left turn the truck shudders it feels somewhat like it would if you were in four wheel drive on a dry surface. This may have something to do with it, about a week I got the front and rear axle fluid changed by the local dealer. Could they have done something wrong? Also this truck only has 15,950 miles on it.
I FORGOT TO MENTION THIS DID NOT START UNTILL THE DAY AFTER I GOT THE FLUID CHANGED BY THE DEALER

Does the steering wheel shake side to side also? If not yet it likely will soon. I'd put money on it being a seized U-joint in your front axle.

nope so far it just feels like the entire truck is shuddering, but it definitely does not seem to be getting any better

Thanks,
Devin

Do you have an LSD rear end? If so, could be the diff chattering. I have seen one that had lsd additive added cause it to chatter and after that putting the correct fluid back in wouldn't fix it.

Yes I have a limited slip dif. The Chrysler dealer changed the fluid for me, but with them there is always the chance they messed it up.

Are you out of warranty? If not, why not take it back and get somebody to ride with you so you can make sure they feel it. If it was caused by the fluid change, you should get your money back for that plus the repair. If it turns out to be a u-joint, it's covered for 3/36 anyway.

Take it back to the dealer that did the work. Have a Tech go for a ride with you. Sounds like the LSD to me. Or take it to another dealer for a second opinion if you can't get any satisfaction. Obviously, it's still under warranty with only 15K.

My only question with that is does the Edge juice void your warrenty, I'm pretty sure it does. If thats the case I will have to take it off

Technically, they have to prove the programmer has caused a problem with the failed part. This is a grey area and can be a problem with some dealers. Not all dealers are alike!! If you are not sure how your dealer will react to your Edge, take it off.

Was this shudder present before you had the diff serviced? If not, you have to be firm with these guys.

No the shudder/chattering happened after the diff was serviced I think they forgot to put the modifier in.

No modifier in the AAM axles. Modifier is for the old school axles (dana).

No modifier, man that was my only hope in this being an easy fix. With that being the case I'm back to the begining. I still think it may have something to do with what the dealer did, changing the fluid in the diff. Being it started the morning after they changed it.

Hopefully they actually put fluid back in. I’d have it back to the dealer in a hurry.

Is it coming from the front, back or can’t you tell??

It kinda feels like the rear of the truck. from all the searching I have been doing plus what you guys have told me I think they may have screwed up my LSD. It will be going in Monday afternoon unfortunately thats 10 days after they changed it. I should have taken it back sooner.
