Here is a sample of fuel during my fuel filter change. As you can see it can go from a mint green to a darker blue in color. It depends on the ratio your adding and colored dye in the oil.
I had a few jugs of SuperTech that was heavy dye in it and it turned the fuel a dark blue (royal blue).

But no worry... It still ran great and did very good!
