I got a notice in the mail for mine. They also called me to setup the appointment. I had it done at the same dealership I bought the truck, Allen Samuels at the north east corner of 820.

Dually Ho,
Just curious is your MPG from the overhead console or actually calculation? My overhead indicates over to 22 mpg, but the actual calculation is closer to a little less than 19 mpg. This is over several thousand miles and a few tanks of fuel.
