Rear Movement When Put In Gear

When I put my '06 with 34,000 miles into gear the driveshaft and rear move up and down a few inches both ways...any ideas? It is lifted 6 inches...

If you have big blocks under the leaf springs it may just be flexting. you could also make sure all nuts and bolts are tight between the leaf springs and the trans mounts.
