rear end chatter

a good friend of mine has a 07 2500 swb quad, when towing his car trailer on acceleration around corners he has rear end chatter so bad you can hear the tires hoping and rear diff binds like a spool. dealer replaced the carrier already, still has the same issue. i know these american rear diffs are "torque sensitive" and lock the inside wheels but the truck chatters so bad it feels like the rear diffs going to drop out, not so noticeable without the trailer but still there, with out the trailer the tire hops. with the trailer there planted in the ground pretty good. theres no clutches in the rear so modifier wont help. fluid is mopar 75w90. any ideas?

Put the limited slip modifier in it. It has been known to solve the problem on many a truck.
