rear brake sticking ???????

hi all,
im having a weird brake issue,i thought all along it was my ebrake stickin,i even installed a heavy spring to make it release better, after removing the wheel and looking closer its not the ebrake at all its the rear disc not disengagaing all the way, when i pry the pad apart the hub moves freely, when i push on the brake pedal and then try the hub again its very stiff,i bled a lil brake fluid out while spreading the pad and ill try that today,it got so bad i could smell the brake rubbing and it was hot,why would the pads not disengage?i cleaned as much as i could from the caliper and removed it and cleaned inside it too, weird, any sugestions?thanx guys

Take the caliper off. Lube the slides and rails with caliper lube. Best stuff is a silicone lube. Also, inspect your slides for chips. Rocks will get thrown up and hit the caliper slides causing them to be sticky. You may need to replace them.

you can also get a caliper honing tool and hone the caliper. If your brake fluid is real dirty or water got inside the caliper it could be corroded. This will cause the piston to get stuck or not move freely. Repair kits are cheap and easy to do. Just my .02

It's the rails the the caliper slides on. Should have a rubber boot over them.
