Rear brakes sticking

To give you a little background i've got a 2003 dually, w/ about 110,000 miles on it. Over the past month or so I have noticed this smell overy once in a while when I get out of the truck. Today, I was pulling a 18 foot trailer and when I backed into the driveway they were actually smoking, I should mention it was city driving with a good amount of braking. I unhooked and drove it empty and it still smells, but not any smoke I could see. It also seems to stick a little when I let off the clutch or when rolling with not throttle. Does anyone know what it could be, the calipers or the parking brake maybe? Also does parking brake use the regular brakes pads or is it done some other way. thanks in advance.

take it to a Midas brake shop or Sears auto... most will do a free inspection and an estimate...

Seems like sticking calipers is a possibility...
The P brake is a drum type brake...
