Question On Lift Pump

04.5' 600 Question. Just wondering if anyone can tell me where the lift pump is located on the 04.5' 600's. I wasn't sure whether this truck has it still located where the fuel filter is located or whether they put it in the gas tank now. I am to lazy to go out and look at my truck right now at work LOL !!

You should find it on the back (firewall side) of the fuel filter canister.

What Artie said ... until it fails then it will be in-tank. Already happened to mine!

I was told that on the 06's it is already located in the tank. Only on the 03-05 are located by the fuel filter, then then it fails they move it. Had it done to mine before it happened.

89-98.5's are mechanical on side of engine block.
98.5-02's are electric on side of engine block.
03-04.5's are electric located on fuel filter.
05 and newer are electric and located in the fuel tank.
