Power steering and hydro boost

Hey guys looking for sone advice. I have a 2003 Dodge 2500 5.9. A week or so ago I noticed resistance as I pressed my brake pedal. It made me nervous so I check calipers and pads ect everything was still in good shape. A couple days ago I was pulling my truck out of a parking lot and turned sharp, all the way actually and heard a awful noise I quickly pulled over poped the hood and my belts were still moving but my hydrolic lines were shaking to the beat of the noise. I opened my PS resivor and had fluid and it was spinning inside. No foam like I've read in some other trouble shooting issues. After letting the truck sit for a little while, I started it again no noise and I had some power steering but it still is resisting. When I step on my brakes it kind of clicks and then works aggressively. Im looking for some input, I've read clogged screens ect... Anyone have this problem ever ?

Thanks Will
