A few days ago a buddy of mine wanted to try out my BD Power Pup on his 2004 so i said what the heck. I downloaded it on Extreme first and we went and played a little bit then changed it to TOW and i was gonna let him take it to work a couple of days and see how his mileage went. After a few days i tried to unload the programmer from his truck and got stuck on the screen where you choose betweent he downloader and pto options we tried many times but the programmer will not unload from his truck is there anything i can do? Bully Dog wont fix it because i dont have a reciept, so is there anywhere else that can fix it?
