i was wondering if anyone knows much about this code P1222 Injector Control Circuit Intermittent i had it come on on my 2006 quadcab short box auto 4x4 tonight that i just purchased in an auction, it has 300,000kms on it and i just checked the hours tonight and its at 7000 hours, thats getting up there isnt it?

 

Isn't the injector wiring integral to the gasket in '06? If so, you may look into that, several have had issues. Back to morning brew . . .

 

I agree with above and also check injector resistance with ohm meter. Should be less then 1 ohm but more then 0 ohms. All injectors should read about the same resistance.
