One Milestone Reached Yesterday
Spanked 100,000 miles on the 06 yesterday afternoon. 3 years and 8 months to reach, and be another 3 years at least to get to 200,000. Nothing major other than 19 injectors and a torque converter (stuck an ATS in her). Hopefully by summer or fall, I can get the stock transmission out and a moderate built Goerndt in place of it.

I have 67,000 miles on the originals. Of course now that I said that.......

Replaced a set in the summer of 07, right after I stuck DDP 90hp nozzles on it. I wasn't sure how many went bad, I said the heck with it, and replaced them all. Good to go till last May, or somewhere in there. Fuel mileage sucked ***, brought it to the dealer to run a contribution test. Tested good, then bad, then good again. Replaced all 6 again, this time with Bosch remans, along with the tubes and rail pressure relief (may have been what caused the false reading). Last November, had another go out, ran rough till I hit the high idle. Said is was messed up big time. Been a couple months, and they're holding up. Dealer says idle time was the reason behind it, IDK but whatever.
