Oil Pressure Question

I changed my oil last night, and when running it today I noticed the oil pressure was far lower than normal at idle.

I have been running the Mopar filters and Delo 400, but I went with a Mobil 1 oil filter and Valvoline Premium Blue 15W40 this time around.

It used to sit right below 40psi, now its between the low white mark and 40.

Either that is telling me something about my oil filters / oil, or I am having an issue.

My understanding of the dash guage is that it doesn't tell one anything except that the pressure is over a certain amount. Where it ultimately sits is where the computer puts it based on an algorithm.

the stock guage is a glorified idiot light. turns on at 8 PSI off lower... id recommend getting a electric or mech oil pressure guage. at idle mine is around 20. under full load its at 90 some times.. it varies.
