Odd occurance should I worry??

I was leaving work this evening and as I pulled out into the highway and began accelarating the engine lagged and seened to lose a cylinder for about 2 seconds when i reached about 2000rpms. My engine is all stock with no power adders ever. Never had this happen before and could not reproduce it later this evening. I just filled up at a station I have never bought fuek at last night and I was pretty empty. Any ideas or should i just keep an eye out? I was going to change the fuel filter tomarrow just in case.

Could be bad fuel or filter since you couldn't reproduce it right off, change the filter and keep an eye on it.
