I have an 03 5.9 that runs great now, but had an issue that magically went away. I let it sit for 2 days and went to start but the truck had 0 power. After charging the batteries for about an hour it started I drove 15 miles and it began to cut out, blow black smoke, and ultimately died. It only took jumper cables and I made it back home where it sat for a month. I had to charge the batteries to start it but since them it has had no problems after 1000 miles. Anyone ever had this problem?
