New here and making a move soon

Hey all, I am new here and am getting a diesel real soon and was wanting to study up. I am pretty sure I want a dodge but what I am not sure of is do I get the 6.7L or the 5.9L. I have heard of many problems with the 6.7L since it is brand new so I was wondering do I wait for all the bugs in the 6.7 to get worked out or do I go ahead and get the 5.9L. They will both be manuals and no earlier then a 2006. Thanks for the help everyone.

lol thanks guys. I was just not sure I am new to the hole diesel thing. Whats with this 2 stroke oil thing in the fuel tank? Do you have to do this? Also is there some where on here that I could go and read all the maintenance for these so I am not posting a bunch of newbie dumb questions? I like to know what I am getting into and how to take care of it before I have it....much like a kid or a new dog haha.
