I am looking at a 04' 3500 QC 4x4 SLT SRW w/ 29,600 miles and the dealer is telling me that bottom line is $27,000. They are going to replace all four tires. The truck looks really clean and the engine compartment looks immaculate and not just detailed. The truck was a local one owner truck that was used to pull his fifth wheel few times. Is this a good deal or should I keep looking? What else should I look for on the truck? This will be my first diesel truck and it will remain stock. I will us it to tow my Jeep and drive to work. Any advice would help.

Can or US? I'm guessing US since you quote miles. Engine and drivetrain warranty still available, engine barely broken in. Sounds pretty reasonable to me, but I'm in Canada. It would be about $45K new here in 04.
