i tried this post under the emergency help section and had only one reply so i guess i'll try it here.

my truck has been acting wierd the tranny has been searching for gears and i have no 4th speed at all. it acts like its out of fuel for a split second then recovers really quick right around 2400 rpm's it throws no codes at all. the dealer had it for 5 days, they replaced a power pack or something like that in the valve body of the trans (that didn't work) then they told me my fuel filter is cloged and they couldn't continue until i agreed to buy a new filter so i agreed (that didn't work). they dont know what is wrong and they are waiting for dc to tell them what to do, the truck has sat in their lot for the last 2 days waiting on dc to tell them what to do next. so i took my truck back and told them to call me when they can really work on it. it's fine around town and it will get me by tell they get serious about fixing it.
has anyone had or heard of such a problem?
i need this fixed and nobody has been of any help yet
