Mine does not have one. Friend who bought the identical truck as mine but one month earlier has one. Go figure!
I looked all over for mine ,and could never find it. I even had the shaft on the bench when I did my clutch still no luck. Oh well I'll just wait till it pops and get after markets with zerks you can find.
I looked for mine several times and could not find it. It is not "hard to see," it is unbelievablely hard to see. I finally found it with the help of the pictures on this site and by jacking up one front wheel and slowly rotaing the shaft until I finally spotted it inside the U-Joint at the transfer case end of the front driveshaft. I first tried to grease it with the lube fitting that has a cone shaped end and managed to shoot grease all over the U-Joint, but very little went into the hole. I then got a lube fitting that looks like a hypodermic needle and it works like a champ (grease goes in the hole with none on the outside). You do have to be carful as the hypo type grease fitting is a little fragile. I believe the hypo grease fittings are make for putting grease into sealed lubbed joints through the rubber covers. Don't give up, you'll find it eventually.
You will find it if you swab the areas (with a small paint brush saturated with some sort of cleaner) where you absolutely know there is no way it could be there ---- until it's little shiney round dish shows up. Then you will say, I guess they must all have them.
I was convinced that mine was nonexistant also, until I saw the picture of it covered with dirt. Once you clean it, you will see it.
