So, I didn't quite catch if you liked the short-shift kit or not?

I like the NV5600 (except that horrendous 4-5 shift-miss!) and it is great unless you are in traffic, which I am a lot in the DC area. I'm thinking about getting the B&M short shift kit to allow a little bit faster shifting, and it supposedly eliminates the 4-5 miss problem. Anyone know how?

Several times I have had the NV5600 pop right over into R when trying for 5th. This only happens if I'm trying to shift quick. Makes a horrendous grinding that chills me to the bone!

Most people thought I was crazy for getting a 6-speed. I enjoy it quite a bit. No problems with it so far. With the type of work I do with my truck I think it is the perfect application. That is just me though!
