ok crawled down there changed filter, looked it over, put new fluid in, buttoned it up, started her up and thought i had it licked. Drove around the parking lot for ten minutes or so and then same **** thing! Im at a complete loss.

 

So you mean it slips into neutral? Did you confirm the band adj lever was still in place?
