Lifting my truck... got questions
I`ve got the Superlift 6in kit , and it`s been fine. I do the same as you are looking to do....not much real off-roading. I`m not sure if the kit comes with the TC drop bracket , but I`d get it if it doesn`t. I had a front driveshaft vibration that drove me nuts until I added one , and now everything has been great. I recently added a set of Bilstiens (sp?) , and can`t tell the difference in the way the truck drives or handles....
The kit moves the mounting points of the orig. brake lines , and there`s plenty of room for them to travel when the suspension cycles.

No I had a friend do the install for me , and we ended up piecing it together , as I started with a 4 in kit , that he gave me. I bought the correct lenght control arms , springs , and TC drop bracket seperately...not sure how much I have in it....probably more into the "free" lift , than if I would have just bought a 6in kit from the start.
The install was pretty straightforward from what I could see.

i've got the kore kit 3" up front 1" in the back w/ 37's on stock wheels and only rub on the control arms at full lock. you could put a 3" block in the front and 1" block in the back and get all new bilstein shocks for about $500. that would be your cheapest route.
