leaking antifreeze

Just got the truck last week. The truck has less than 10K miles but I thought I'd change the all the filters just be safe. I was changing the air filter and noticed antifreeze on the cover. Looks like the hose that goes to the overflow bottle is leaking where it plugs into the radiator. It's just pushed on there so I'm going to stick a hose clamp on there to hopefully stop the leak.
Anyone else had this leak?

It just slips on there, you can use a medium size zip-tie, and it is plenty to stop it from leaking.

I put a small hose clamp on it last night. I was carefull not to tighten is up to much as I was afraid of breaking the plastic hose barb. Looks like it fixed it.

thanks for the help
