Question Oil In Antifreeze Resevoir/Antifreeze In Oil Pan???

Is the only way for these 2 to mix is if the headgasket lets go??? Is there any other way???

There might be other ways, but I think they all involve intentionally pouring fluids into the wrong holes.

Let me know how the new HG works out.

EDIT: the other possibility is an internal leak in your oil cooler near where the filter mounts. There's an oil-to-water heat exchanger there, and if it leaks, the two will intermix.

I know my post sounds silly but I want to hit every possibility while I have the motor 1/2 apart. I was going by the headgasket I removed. Here's the picture of the gasket, what you guys think?? I could see blowby in the coolant but not coolant in the oil???

Looks like the seal around the exhaust pushrod hole looks a little distressed on the first pic. That'll water down yer oil.
Was the factory cut on the head surface smooth on yours? The machinist pointed out mine had "grooves" you could really feel with your finger tip.
It's dead smooth with some "grip" now.
My problem was with #3, coked gasket material cracked from the rocker oil passage to the headbolt then from the headbolt to the water passage on the other side of the gasket.
