Injector issue? or something else?

Hey guys, well i have 06 ctd with 140000kms on it and i have been having a few issues with it.
1. if i rev it up in park around 1600-2000 rpms the rev's seem to hang up a bit. and once or twice i put it in neutral by accident and reved it l(lol) and i seemed like the engine was running away on me lol (i had to shut the truck off to stop it) now it doesnt do this every time.
2. i noticed before i went to work that oil level was up a lil bit
3. recently we have been getting temperatures of around -15 c -20 c at night and in the mornings its getting really hard to start. like 3 tries and finally it will start!
- once its warm it starts pretty darn good tho!
4. when the truck goes into its self high idle it seems to be running really rough like the ole 3 cyl high idle but it just doesnt sound right and not to mention the truck shakes and wakes up the neighborhood haha.
5. i did have to replace the #4 injector line due to a crack
6. i change my fuel filter at every oil change-5000kms
7. THE truck runs great on the hwy and i havent had any white smoke at start up or while driving

Now i took it into the dealership at home where i bought it from and complained about a hard start when its cold, higher than normal oil level, and rough idle sometimes.

so i get a call back 3 hours after it was dropped off and they said they went out and tried starting it and it fired up right away its -14c out. but of course the motor would still be somewhat warm. and they told me instead of my oil level being high it was a little bit low. so i dunno if im starting to get the run around with these guys or if this is just standard procedure im thinking about telling them to leave it until tomorrow morning and try starting it then.

any thoughts on what i should do?
should i get them to do a injector flow test? what is the cost of that?
Im still under the 160k warranty for the engine i just dont really feel like paying a big bill around christmas time if they decide to screw me around. lol

Take the truck to them. Drop it off. Leave it there overnight, take the keys with you. Come back in the AM. Pop the hood, make sure your coolant is COLD and that they didn't warm the motor for you. Then with a Tech, Service Writer and yourself, start the motor. As soon as you see something wrong hit them on it. Document it all! Names, dates you visited and everything. Make sure your oil is right in the middle of the XXXX when the motor is warm. Good luck.

well I had my girlfriend take it in actually , im 300kms away right now but i will be home in a week or so. im only home for a week at a time and wanted to see if they could possibly get it fixed before i came home.

I do have a triple pod set up with temperature and boost guages along with an intake system and exhaust.. im kinda worried that they might just void my warranty somehow. although they didnt void it before when the transmisson went twice lol. I need the guages for hauling my trailers and such so thats why they are they.. oh well i will keep you posted on what comes out of this.

well.. dealer called this morning at around 11 and said the truck is starting "fine" for$ 2006 truck with 140000km on it.. I dont feel so confident with this. they said that the oil level was a tad low though. I know theres many threads on this but im wondering if maybe the FCA or something like that might be my issue. I can see in my future that i WILL be sending my injectors to DON and getting any repairs if they are nessesary but if it was something as silly as a FCA i would probably like most of you start with the easy stuff and replace iit.

One thing i forgot to mention was that i recently have used a couple of bottles of Injector cleaner and ran a couple of tanks through the truck and then the issue seemed to develope. I used the mopar stuff ( dont know how good it actually is tho) and followed their mixing instructions.
i'll be home in around 10 days and will have to look into it further. until then im gonna try and not stress too much about it haha.

well its -27 C today and the truck wont start at all.. im begining to wonder if the injectors are toast? or if maybe the COV is plugged or fca... i did have an injector line #4 replaced and i personally wasnt the one working on it. My question is if for what ever reason it wasnt torqued down ( injection line) would it cause any issues? because the time line of the hard start seems to begin when i got the line replaced.. then again it got cold around here when i replaced it as well..
