Injector Issue, only running on Cyl's 4,5,6

Injector Issue, only running on Cyl's 4,5,6
Having Issue with Cyl's 1,2,3 not firing. Checked resistance from valve cover through injector and showed
#1 5.5
#2 1.0
#3 1.5
#4 1.0
#5 1.0
#6 1.0
Checked for grounder wire back to ECM, all are OK.
Previously DTC P0243 turbo/supercharger wastegate solenoid A malfunction.
Anything else I can check?
Or is it the ECM?
