injector install?

injector install?

is this something that is easily done by myself? is it like a spark plug, just pull the old ones out and put the new ones in? if the dealer says I need new ones, I would prefer not to let them do it, seeing as they will try and kill me with the prices.

Some of it you don't have to do, like remove the rail and the map sensor. Make sure you have at least 8 empty containers, rags, a marker, and where it says torque wrench, get an inlb. and a ftlb. Wouldn't hurt to modify a 24mm wrench incase you have to have to remove the entire line and tube in one piece. Yes I did mine twice. GOOD LUCK!

HA. you are a funny guy arent ya?! no, I was lined up to take it back to the shop, then got sent out on an emergency work call, then another and another. now I am finally home, and ready to take another stab at it. hopefully I can get it fixed soon though right?

well, I stayed warm, but like an idiot, didnt plug my truck in. so needless to say, it didnt start today. have it plugged in now, hope it will start soon.
