Angry Important Warranty info and lemon law warning in Michigan

Just got my truck back from having an injector replaced and dealer tried to charge me the $100 deductable under the 7/70 warranty. I ahd already checked with DC Customer Care so thought I'd share the following in case you run into this.

At least on my 04.5

New 3yr/36 month mostly everything no deductable

New 7yr/70K miles driveline $100 deductable

Now the tricky part:

Cummins Diesel engine 5 yr 100K no deductable/ 7yr 100k $100 deductable
Engine includes Block, crank, cam, pistons rods, fuel pump, injectors but I don't remember all. Notice injector and fuel poump up to 5 years or 100k miles--no deductable. We argued and I won but wasted 1/2 hour again. Now have to take truck bak due to same problem not fixed like again fuel in oil pan. Don't know if they just forgot to change it or what.

Other item very important concerning lemon Law

In Michigan if you buy your truck under a Chrysler employee pricing paln wheather or not you know it umongst the papers you sigh is a binding Arbitration agreement that voids your Lemon Law rights in Michigan, Found this out after contacting 2 different lawyers concernign a Lemon Law buy back on my problem truck.

Be carefuf what you sign I guess.

Wow, need to check into the Mi. lemon law, got mine under the employee plan. Wanted D/M to remove the POS A/A anti lock, seem they wont. I bought the truck (thought I was buying a truck) to get me back into my camp. I cant even get it STUCK before the violent wheel hop makes me jump on the binders. I sure take a whippen by the other members, GM & Fords, I'm the only Dodge owner.
I already contacted the Lemon Law Attorneys and didnt make menition of the employee plan.
Its too bad the Big Z wouldnt just try and work with the feedback from owners with problems instead of establishing a new site with controlled topics. Repeat buyers would accomplished the same results as new buyers for his stock perks.
