Injection system advice, parts

I have an issue with trying to clear my injection system of bio-gunk (bacteria, sludge, algae, whatever) that has been causing injector failures for the last 6 months. Just had 2 more injectors replaced, and truck ran great for 2 days, and I now have another dead cylinder (been through this 4 times now). Since the issue is/was contaminated fuel, DC is no help - the dealer shop I use gave it a helluva try, though - factory rep says no way. Tried running a shock dose of biocide after this last repair, didn't even make it through half a tank.
Seems I need to decon the fuel system. Plans are to drop the tank for cleaning with biocide, soak and clean all lines and OEM filter canister. Injectors will go back to Don M for teardown and service/cleaning, fuel rail is easy enough to clean/decon. 2 issues with questions:
1 - How to handle the CP3 - dealer tech says replace it, I'm thinking a teardown and cleaning should do it. Any pointers, ideas, or shops that can do a teardown and rebuild? Or a parts delaer that can supply a new CP3? My abilities and facilities aren't up for that level of repair, so gonna have to fork out for service or a new part.
2 - Supply lines from rail to connector tubes - can't do a visual inside, so I'm thinking safest to replace. Problem is, I can't find a source other than the dealer - any and all leads appreciated for this one also.
This is the only method I can think of to be shed of this plague - if I'm off base here, please sing out. I can't just do fuel additives and run it out, as the rig runs with a hard miss and white smoke right now - plus I'm scared of having an injector hang open and wash a cylinder!

So this gunk is getting through your filters? You think it has all your lines contaminated? Can you remove some of the easy stuff after the last filter and have it inspected for contaminants?

I've not heard of this kind of problem contaminating a system. Is your fuel supplier involved?

From what I've been told by the techs, the bacteria can get through the 3 micron filter, set up housekeeping in a corner or crevice in the IP, rail, lines, and injectors. Makes sense, because I had the tank cleaned awhile back, and the fuel I get from the OEM filter drain is crystal clean to the naked eye - but I keep getting bio-sludge caked in the injectors, (Don M confirmed this on the last service). What follows is disrupted fuel spray from the sticks, rough idle, carboned tips, then cylinder(s) that miss.
I'm sure the issue began with a tank of bad fuel from a station in Williamsburg VA - but the receipt wandered away, I fueled there on a road trip, so not a constant supplier for me.

my best advice is contact your insurance co. and see if they will cover it, which they should, have heard of many cases in which they have that way everything should get replaced and all you have to pay is your deductible.

White Ghost/Rich2500 - Do you have coverage for your vehicle for use as a business vehicle (hauling, towing, etc.), or just standard passenger vehicle insurance (liability, comprehensive, collision)? You make a good point, I'm gonna call State Farm in the AM - the way my explanation of coverage is written, I can't tell if they'll cover it or not - I'm sure it would be covered if it was a business policy, though. Thanks!

I have standard coverage but never had a contamination claim, however all the people that I have heard of or recommended to turn in a contamination claim that had it covered had standard ins.
