Ignition Woes

got it fixed. bad starter relay. I have a buddy with an 04 3rd gen 3500 4wd. He went out to start truck and ignition switch does not make anything happen. have checked fuses, replaced batteries, but to no avail. Did the key thing 3 on/off and get no codes. Any suggestions? My guess is bad ignition switch.
