I Lost My Buzz..thanks To You..
***UPDATE***
Employed a little redneck engineering, from suggestions from a few guys
here on DTR. I gave up on getting the PS hose TSB, just used cable ties and the buzz is
GONE !! Its like a different truck. I didn't know they were this quiet.
* Strapped both hydraulic lines together in about 6 places.
* Strapped both to the neg battery cable.
* No more buzz @ 2000 RPM,, HUGE REDUCTION in cab noise.
* No more cruise control fluctuation @ 2000 RPM.
* No more buzz through the go pedal.
* No thanks to the DEALER.
* MANY THANKS TO DTR AND YOUR REPLIES....

Glad you found a fix.
It's amazing how such a small thing can affect the noise in the cab and the overall feeling of the truck on the road. I'm going to have to go do this now. I don't know why I haven't done it sooner either, but I'm going to do it today!

Why don't you wait until daylight so you can see it better.
I also saw a kit from rokktech.com that puts weights on several lines and some rubber washers on some mounts. They tell me it is 1 hour installation time and almost completely eliminates the vibration. $59.95 plus shipping. I personally made my own weight to fix my truck. I tried zip tying the lines together and it helped but the vibration was still there. I still notice more vibration with the A/C on but I can live with it. I have been complaining to DC about the vibration and trying to get them to include our trucks in the TSB with absolutely no success.

HOUTEX,
I did the tie wrap mod for the hydroboost lines right after I bought my truck. The mod did help in reducing the vibes in the steering wheel. But last year my hydroboost line let go (crossthreaded at the p/s pump) which gave me a free rust proofing job in the engine compartment and under carriage.
The dealer installed a new p/s pump and the updated hoses and it helped even more.
