How to tell if lift pump was replaced
I have a new to me 03 Dodge 2500 ctd , the previous owner said the lift pump was replaced,now just curious, how can one tell if it has?
Also, how can one tell when the lift pump is failing or has failed? TIA

look behind the fuel filter if it was replaced recently then they mite have moved it to the tank. they usaully will quit running when they go out or at least on my 03 it quit and would run at all
