How to remove STUCK fan clutch nut???!
How to remove STUCK fan clutch nut???!
How in the heck do you remove a fan hub nut that is stuck beyond all belief???!?
This is even with the engine out of the truck with more room.
I have tried bars, vise grips, tightening the serp belt, etc.
I have sprayed lube on it as well.
2 hours of trying so far and 20 cuts on my hands and no luck.
I have also googled it and watched videos.

I did see that online but this is right hand thread I'm pretty sure.
Looking at the front of the motor, I have to spin the fan clockwise to mount it to the hub.
I ended up removing the 10?mm bolts that mount the whole hub to the engine so it came off as one unit. I'm re using the one from my old engine so its not a problem...
I just didnt know that I could do that.
