how to make grid heater cycle all the time

truck in my Sig, how do i make the grid heater cycle all the time even when the temp sensor reads that it should'nt????
the truck starts way better when i cycle them two times or more but on nice days it wont cycle cuz the temperature is to warm.

will a smarty do this or a bully dog chip?

i know people are going to be asking WHY?
its because a clynder must be weak and its not making heat till the truck get warm.
its cranky to start.

just want to know how to set it up to do this.

You don't need it unless you are starting to have injector issues. If that is the case, your end result will be a burnt up hole with the offending injector. Not good.

i've been threw 5 sets of injectos already.. i know what it does when they go.. this isn't do that... its got some blow-by and only likes to start good on warm days.. it always starts but its cranky when the motor is cold.
when i use the grid heater 2 or 3 tines it works great no blue smoke no chugging. nothing...
thats why i want to make them always come on.

Have you done a compression test, sounds like you are trying to band aid the real issue. That said you could rig up a switch to give the solenoids power and an cycle them by hand I imagine.
