Grid heater solenoids cycle repeatedly no start!

I am a little lost on this one. When I turn the ignition on the wait to start light shuts off very quickly and then the solenoids repeatedly cycle and the engine will not start. When I try to pull codes by turning on the ignition 3 times in a row the odometer only shows the mileage, it will not go into code reading mode. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks in advance for any insight you can give me!!

I would check the battery grounds first, make sure they are clean and tight and the battery fully charged.

90% of all electrical issues are cause by bad connections or low voltage. Glad you have problem solved.
