how does having 5" maganaflow make injectors go bad??

Dealers aren't getting paid as quickly as they used to now that they are a goverment motors affiliated. They are denying all kinds of stuff not just our trucks. A friend has wheel hub bearing fry at 21k on his durango and they denied it due to improper maintence and abusive driving. This was the same place doing his maintence as it was part of a package deal when he bought the thing.

i'd fight it, how could it affect the fuel system. they'll have to prove that it caused the failure.

Take them to small claims court and name the CEO of Chrysler as the one your making the claim against.

there should be a site you can check to find out what their registered name is to submit your claim against. if it is the same as in Florida, you'll actually be filling the claim to Chrysler LLC. but you can also put the name of the dealer on there as well to get them involved if i remember correctly. don't let them screw you over, fight it.
