How do I adjust toe?

I know my trucks been pulling to the left a tad and while I was doing my front brakes, I noticed that Front right tire needs to have the toe adjusted. How is it done?

I see there's an adjustment between the steering box and the Steering dampener and there's another adjustment right by the driver side wheel.

So to adjust passanger front, do I just need to adjust by the steering box, adjustment by the driver side front or both?

Thanks
