Do you heel and toe downshift?

I find it surprisingly easy in this thing. It is almost easier than my 540i 6-spd. Also, is it normal for the engine to vibrate like hell upon shutdown?

Vibration is normal.

I never need to heel-toe. I'm never needing to downshift while on the binders.

I jsut blip the pedal when I DS-- no problem, especially since Smarty makes a little blip a big blip.
