I just found out how to check codes on my truck and its throwing a p0483 code ( cooling fan speed )

I already could tell the fan was spinning to slow while at idle so it looks like a need a fan clutch or what??? i tried to get one from napa but its a 4 bolt clutch and my trucks fan clutch is 6 bolts on it.
